Getting to do things alongside young people, for example outdoor pursuits.

Involvement with The Prince’s Trust and the more respected forms of youth work.

Just generally mess about!

The Mentoring Process and Coaching for Learning, currently on Legislation.
What do you hope to get out of the course?
A better understanding of the role and some new skills to help young people in my work.
What have you got out of the course so far?
Some new contacts, and I’ve developed an awareness of what others are doing with young people.
How has the course improved your work with young people?
It hasn’t yet, but I’m sure it will in the long term.
