Work extremely hard.

Inspiring young people to improve their learning.

What are your work history highlights?

I have been involved in 14-19 from conception, which has been very exciting.

What is your dream job?

Becoming a 14-19 consultant or advisor.

What do you like to do in your leisure time?

Gym, gym, gym, then eating good food and drinking good wine.

All of them.

What do you hope to get out of the course?

Career development and opportunities.

What have you got out of the course so far?

Stress due to all the assignments!

How has the course improved your work with young people?

It has made me realise what not to do.
