Learning coach training January–March 2008

31st Jan 2008

Kevern Kerswell, Learning Coaches National Training Coordinator

Following the success of last year’s Learning Coaches training pilot, the Welsh Assembly Government has asked us to commence training for a new cohort of learning coaches.

The programme will be delivered between now and 31 March, with over 280 coaches set to benefit, from networks throughout Wales.

Learning coaches will have the option of gaining either Recognised or Accredited Learning Coach status and can gain further information on this from any member of the training team, or by viewing page 27 of the course handbook (available from the downloads page).

Each learning coach will attend 4 training days, covering 2 modules from the Learning Coaches accredited programme.
